Affiliation - Scottish Golf

As part of your club membership, you pay an annual affiliation of £17.50 to Scottish Golf, which is used to:

- Administer the World Handicap System, calculate your handicaps and assist with queries.

- Offer world-class competitions, totalling 35 across the year in club, open and national categories.

- Manage all safeguarding for the amateur game.

- Offer all clubs a full suite Venue Management System at no extra cost.

- Invest in Participation initiatives and programmes in order to grow the game in Scotland.

- Offer club support and funding, business services, general advice and education.

As well as investing in the development of the game, we offer real-terms savings to golf clubs, made possible through your affiliation:

- Full suite Venue Management System, including a website, saving your club from having to buy a licence on the commercial ISV market.

- Funding and grants throughout the year, offering in-kind and cash contributions to clubs for marketing, surveys and business planning resources.

- Film and photography assets to help your club showcase its course, clubhouse, and membership benefits.
